This is a blog where I post healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and snacks for you to enjoy! My recipes are made out of natural, healthy and mostly plant based ingredients, so you can enjoy it to the fullest and so your body will thank you!
I'm currently working out three times a week and all I do is abs- and butt exercises and a little cardio.
Two years ago, I stopped swimming because I had had enough of training ten times a week and I wasn't passionate about it anymore. I learned so much from living a life with such a high pressure and stress and it definitely made me a fighter.
I started this blog simply because I have a passion for cooking healthy meals and living this lifestyle makes me feel healthy in mind, body and soul.
I picked the name "basicallyfruitytarian" because I thought it was fun and because I love fruit SOOO much! But it shouldn't be understood as my diet only consists of fruits.
