Vegan low-fat mac and cheese

I MADE MY FIRST YOUTUBE VIDEO!!! WOOOOOO, I'm so excited to finally share a recipe video with you guys. This is just a very easy one and I'm just gonna list the ingredients and the instructions in this post and then you can check out the video by clicking below!

Here's the recipe:

150 ml of lemon juice
1 sweet potato
1 normal big potato
3 small tomatoes
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 pinch of smoked paprika (optional)
Herbs (optional)

Steam/boil/bake the chopped potatoes until they're soft. Let them cool on a cutting board and boil the pasta (add half a head of broccoli if you want) while you're adding all the other ingredients to a foodprocessor or a blender. Add the potatoes and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pot where you cooked the pasta and mix it.
You can eat it now or bake it in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy (add breadcrumbs on top for extra crispiness).
