Easy oil-free potato chips

Fries doesn't have to be fried to get crispy. These potato chips are so delicious and easy to make and perfect with a little dipping sauce like ketchup. You can make as many as you like and as often as you like because they're just so healthy and delicious!
Here's the recipe:

3 large potatoes meant for baking
Spices of choice

Chop the potatoes into fries, toss or sprinkle them with your favorite spices and bake in a preheated oven on 210 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes.
