Easy miso soup

Miso is a base in many asian-flavored soups. It's fermented soy paste, which is very healthy for your stomach and it tastes mellow and delicious. You can put whatever you want in it. I usually make it at the end of the week to use all the leftover veggies. It's so simple and tasty + you get all your greens in. It takes maximum 15 minutes to make, so let's get started!
Here's the recipe:

1/2 head of broccoli
1 block of instant noodles
2 tbsp of sweet white miso
1/2 block of tofu
1/2 bell pepper
1 carrot
400 ml of water
Optional: drizzle of sriracha, chili flakes or sweet/sour sauce

Chop the veggies and the tofu in bitesized chunks. Boil the broccoli for 5 minutes in a pot, add the noodles and cook for two minutes. Add all the other ingredients except for the miso. Add the miso to a small bowl and mix with two tbsp of the water from the pot. Add the dissolved miso to the pot and mix. Put it all in a large bowl and est!
