Easy low-fat herb pesto pasta

Easy peasy delicious and oil-free basil pesto pasta is here! The recipe is so quick to make, so you'll have dinner ready within ten minutes! Vegan is not expensive, hard or boring, it's the opposite!
Here's the recipe for one person:

One portion pasta of choice
2 generous handfuls of rinsed basil or parsley
1 handful of fresh rinsed spinat
1 ripe avocado or 40 g of silken tofu
2 tbsp of lemon juice
Half a clove of garlic
Salt and pepper

Cook the pasta (often needs 8-10 minutes) and throw all the other ingredients in a foodprocessor.
Adjust the flavors, add the pesto to the drained pasta and mix it well.
Serve right away and enjoy!
