Chocolate oatmeal

If you're looking for a warm and comforting breakfast idea for this freezing winter, this one is for you. I even sneaked a vegetables in, so it couldn't be healthier to eat chocolate for breakfast.
This is just a very basic and easy recipe, that you can make on a sunday morning for yourself and save the two other servings for the next two mornings. That's what I did and it tastes amazing cold as well.
Here's the recipe to make three servings:

150 g oats
1 zucchini
2 bananas
2 tbsp date paste or 5-10 finely chopped dates
10 strawberries
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp sweetener of choice

Put the oats in a pot and cover them with water. Soak them while you grate the zucchini finely. Mash the bananas with a fork and chop the strawberries*. Turn the heat up to medium and add the zucchini. Cook for five minutes or until the grated zucchini is soft. Add bananas, dates and strawberries and stir well. Add cocoa powder and sweetener. Cook for another minute or two and serve!

*You can use defrosted, chopped frozen strawberries or another kind of berry.
