If you're looking for a warm and comforting breakfast idea for this freezing winter, this one is for you. I even sneaked a vegetables in, so it couldn't be healthier to eat chocolate for breakfast.
150 g oats
2 tbsp date paste or 5-10 finely chopped dates
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp sweetener of choice
Put the oats in a pot and cover them with water. Soak them while you grate the zucchini finely. Mash the bananas with a fork and chop the strawberries*. Turn the heat up to medium and add the zucchini. Cook for five minutes or until the grated zucchini is soft. Add bananas, dates and strawberries and stir well. Add cocoa powder and sweetener. Cook for another minute or two and serve!
*You can use defrosted, chopped frozen strawberries or another kind of berry.
