Chocolate cake and ice-cream

My chocolate addiction is never ending.. And why would it when I can enjoy the most indulgent desserts and cakes on this healthy and plant based lifestyle?!
I've posted the recipe for the chocolate cake before and this time, I only used carrots, dates, bananas, white beans, oats and rye flour because I always just use what we have leftover in the fridge or in the cupboards.
Instead of the raspberry glazing, I made chocolate banana ice-cream, which you can see the recipe for here and simply just add one tsp of cocoa powder.
The cake was super crisp on the outside and nice and gooey on the inside. I would have decorated it with fresh berries too if I was serving it to family or friends but it's all for me, so I just couldn't wait to dig in and enjoy the deliciousness.
I have a lot of recipes waiting for you guys and I'll try to find the time to post them asap but meanwhile this chocolate cake should satisfy your cravings!
