This recipe reminds me of the time I spend in China this summer with my mom and my sister. It couldn't be simpler, it sure is incredibly delicious, fat-free and soooo easy.
Here's the recipe:
1 bundle of fresh green asparagus
1 packet (350g) of mushrooms
2 tbsp soy sauce
Your favorite spice mix
Simply wash and chop the vegetables roughly. Heat a wok pan on medium-high heat and add the vegetables. Sauté them with the soy sauce and spices for three minutes and it's done!
I used a mix of garlic/herb spice to give this dish the perfect flavor, but you can also experiment with something curry-flavored. To make this into a meal, simply add some chickpeas, spinach and cook some noodles and toss it in. Dinner in five minutes!
