Chocolate pudding with hidden greens

Would you believe me if I told you that this chocolate mousse consists of spinach, beans, carrots and fruit AND it tastes absolutely amazingly chocolaty? Well, you gotta try this easy recipe to figure out if I'm right!
Here's the recipe for three servings:

5 tbsp date paste (dates blended with a little water)
1 ripe banana
A handful of spinach
2 carrots
1 can of kidney beans
5 tbsp cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp lemon- or orangejuice
1/2 avocado
2 tbsp soy milk or coconut milk

Blend all of the ingredients in a strong blender or in a foodprocessor. Let it cool in the fridge and serve with some fresh berries, crunchy granola or enjoy it plain.
If you're too impatient to wait for the mousse to cool down, simply use a frozen ripe banana instead of one at roomtemperature.
My blender is not that strong, so the pudding didn't turn out as smooth as I wanted it to, but it tastes divine either way AND you can actually eat this as an actual meal because it contains carbs, protein, a little bit of the healthy fat, fiber, vitamins and minerals!
If you like, you can add a couple of tablespoons of your favorite nut butter or you can make it more fruity by blending berries or half an orange into the mousse.
It's addicting guys! But your friends and family will love it and they might not even believe that it's totally healthy.
