Maybe you already know this recipe from my earlier post, but here's how I like to make it taste perfect and one can never get enough chocolate!
It's the healthy chocolate mousse without sugar, eggs, cream or actual chocolate. Huh? How's it a chocolate mousse then? Well, it has a creamy texture and it's super rich in chocolate flavor, soon you can decide for yourself if you think it's similar enough.
1 ripe banana
1/2 ripe avocado
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp lemon or orange juice
3 tbsp soy yoghurt (or skyr if not vegan)
Mash the banana and the avocado with a fork. Stir together with the other ingredients in a bowl and adjust the taste. I added some chocolate protein powder instead of some of the cocoa powder, so just add as much flavor as you want.
