Roasted broccoli with sundried tomatoes

This is a quick and easy way to cook both broccoli and cauliflower, so they'll get super delicious and ready to go on the side for any dish. 
Here's the recipe:

1 broccoli or cauliflower
5 sundried tomatoes in oil
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 
Cut the broccoli into little florets and the stalk into chunks (no waste here!). Chop the sundried tomatoes and put all the ingredients into a big bowl. Now, mix everything up so the amazing flavors spread. Spread it all out on a lined baking tray and roast for 15-30 minutes. The time in the oven depends on how small you've cut the florets and how you will like the texture to be.
