Summer oatmeal

Here's a porridge recipe, which tastes like summer and "koldskål". It's so fresh, filling, healthy, rich in fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. Truly amazing guys.
Here's the easy recipe for a single serving:

60 g oats
100 ml soy milk
1 mashed ripe banana
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp orange juice
3 tbsp vanilla skyr or soy yoghurt if you're vegan

Mix all the ingredients and make sure you adjust the taste for your liking.
I added mint leaves, chopped roasted almonds, grapes, freeze dried rhubarb and more vanilla skyr. You can also add some vanilla protein powder, vanilla essens or whatever you like.
