Preparing for pancake sunday tomorrow? Well, this recipe is so much easier and healthier than normal pancake recipes. It didn't use a single drop of oil while making this because I found out that I could bake them in the oven and take a shower while they turned into a super delicious breakfast.
Here's the recipe:
1 ripe banan
1/2 vanilla bean
2 tbsp psyssilium husk or oats
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 392 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mash the banana with a fork and slice the vanilla bean to scrap the seeds out. Mix with all the other ingredients in a bowl and whisk it together. Slice the apple in six thin slices and eat the rest. Lie the six slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper and pour the pancake dough onto them so it forms pancakes. Bake them for 10 minutes, flip them over and bake them for another five minutes.
Aaaaaaand they're done! Now, you can decorate them with whatever you like and enjoy!
This is a single serving, which I had for breakfast but for pancake sunday, you might want to double the amounts. It's just too delicious and healthy not to have more of!
