Okay guys, here's another smoothie recipe and I have no idea if you're sick and tired of them or if you're loving it, sooooooooo I'm just gonna post this one and maybe be a little more creative in the future. I just love my blender and how it literally takes two minutes to creative a nourishing and super tasty breakfast.
This time, it's a tropical smoothie to remind us of the summer, which is coming soon! It's filled with fiber, vitamins, minerals and protein. I added more protein as shown in the pictures, I used the mango flavor but you can leave this out, it tastes amazing anyways.
Here's the recipe:
2 ripe bananas
1 ripe mango
1 scoop mango protein powder (optional)
50 g pineapple (substitute with apples)
50 ml soy milk
40 g frozen green kale or spinach
Just blend it all together (maybe you have to chop everything roughly, if you're blender isn't super hardcore) until thick and creamy consistency. Pour into a glass or a bowl and top with, granola, fresh fruit, nuts or whatever you feel like!
