The most amazing frozen layer cake

I really struggled to find an appropriate name for this heavenly creation. I considered calling it a peanut butter cheesecake but then I thought some of you might think "ew that's gross" and IT IS THE ABSOLUTE OPPOSITE OF GROSS BECAUSE IT TASTES AMAZING. I also played with protein pie, peanut butter and chocolate ice-cream cake, raw caramel pie, silken tofu chocolate dessert and the list goes on and on. There's so many different things I could call this baby, but a name can't describe how heavenly this is to eat.
It consists flavors like peanut butter, caramel, chocolate and it's roasted, crispy, crunchy, smooth, soft, silky and just paradise for your tastebuds.
This pie is actually so healthy and filled with protein, fiber, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and lots of other nutrients, which are super good for your body!
Here's the recipe:

The crust:
Use my recipe for granola bars and spread it into the bottom of a springform pan.

The peanutbutter layer:
1 pack of silken tofu
1/2 can of coconut milk
1-2 tbsp salted peanutbutter
3 tbsp natural liquid sweetener (agave sirup or honey)

The chocolate layer:
300 g skyr or thick yoghurt
1/2 can of coconut milk
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder or 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 ripe banana
When the crust is pressed into an even layer in the spingform pan, blend all the ingredients for the peanut butter layer until it's silky and taste it to see if it needs a little more of this or a little more of that. Pour the mixture onto the crust and spread it out evenly.
Set the springform pan in the freezer while blending the ingredients for the chocolate layer. It should also form a nice and smooth mixture, which you also have to taste and when you're happy with the flavors, pour the last layer into the springform pan and set it back in the freezer or in the fridge depending on the texture you want. Let it sit overnight or at least three hours. If you let it sit in the fridge, it will maintain it's creamy texture and if you put it in the freezer, it will harden and be a little hard to slice right away.
Please let me know if you make this and if you think this is as divine as I think. I'm so excited to share this with you and I hope you'll enjoy it! Get creative with the decorations and toppings to make it even more appealing and personal! Go, go, go, go!
