3 ripe bananas
1 organic lemon
1 scoop vanilla white chocolate protein powder
3-4 tbsp vanilla skyr (or yoghurt/quark)
1 tsp baking powder
80 g ryeflour
10 g psysillium HUSK (or more rye flour)
20 g blue poppy seeds
Mash the bananas with a fork and mix with all the ingredients in a bowl. Line a baking dish and pour the dough into it. Bake for about 30 minutes and check if it's cooked through by sticking a fork in it and if it's clean, the cake is done.
