We all know smoothies can have countless different flavors and basically, all you need to do is throw in some liquid, some fruits and a little extra something to perfect it. Just use this recipe as a guide line or as an inspiration to which combinations works. This smoothie also has an amazing kick of protein and sweetness from the kiwi yoghurt protein powder from fitnessguru, which made my smoothie absolutely perfect!
Here's the recipe:
2 chopped apples
1 orange or citrus fruit
3 tbsp vanilla skyr or yoghurt
100 ml milk of choice (I used soy milk)
10-15 fresh mint leaves
1 scoop kiwi yoghurt protein powder
Just throw everything into your blender and blend it until it's a smooth and liquid, yet creamy smoothie. Get creative and adjust the taste before you pour it into a glass or a bowl. Decorate it with other sorts of fresh fruit, nuts, granola, oats or whatever you feel like and enjoy!
