Salmon rolls

Now it's time to impress your family and friends with your complex cooking skills! With this recipe you'll create some michelin-looking and healthy salmon rolls a really easy way (but those you present it for will think you're the best chef ever) and they also taste amazing!
Here's the recipe to make 18 rolls:

200 g frozen spinach
A bunch of fresh basil and dill
6 eggs
1 pack philadelphia with herbs and garlic
4 tbsp lemon juice or juice from 1 lemon
12 pieces of smoked salmon (300-400 grams)
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Pour hot water over the frozen spinach to defrost it.
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites in two different bowls. Mix the egg yolks with chopped herbs, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Beat the egg whites until they're stiff and gently stir in with the yolk mix.
Line a baking tray and spread the mixture evenly out. Bake for 15 minutes and let it cool on some paper towels (because it might be wet).
Spread philadelphia evenly out on the egg "pancake" and cover with smoked salmon.
Gently, roll it like sushi and cover it in clingfilm. Let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours or over night. Unwrap, slice with a very sharp knife and serve!
Prepare to receive a round of applause!
