Kale salad

This is the first salad recipe I've ever created for you guys, which is kinda surprising, considering I'm running a health blog here but there's a first for everything, right?
A wintery and christmassy kale salad with a fresh, light, sweet, sour and crunchy flavor! I love eating this as a sidedish for dinner or as a light lunch. It takes five minutes in total to whip up and it's so easy and clean, so this is a prove that healthy food doesn't have to take ages to prepare.
Here's the recipe:

200 g green kale
2 clementines
2 apples
80 g chopped hazel- or walnuts
2 tbsp natural sweetener (honey or syrup)
2 tbsp lemon or orange juice
Peel the clementines and chop them. Chop apples and nuts too. Peel the kale leaves off and put it all into a big bowl. Pour the sweetener and the lemon juice over it and mix with your hands.
That's it! Enjoy this incredibly tasty, crispy and raw salad whenever you want!Follow my blog with Bloglovin
