Luxury peanut butter musli
First of all, I'm really sorry for the really bad quality in the pictures but my camera decided to delete all the pictures so I had to take new photos with my phone. When it starts working again, I will take some better photos and update this post (if I haven't already eaten all the musli by then)!
At least the luxury peanut butter musli is still the best granola/musli ever! I know I've posted a recipe similiar for this before but now, it's just perfect!
Here's the recipe:
150 g oats
50 g chopped almonds
50 g cashews or other nuts
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp honey (or agave sirup if you're vegan)
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 392 degrees Fahrenheit.
Warm peanut butter and honey in a saucepan until it's melted.
Mix nuts and oats in a bowl and pour melted peanut butter and sweetener. Stir until combined and spread on a baking sheet. Make sure there's no lumps by stirring with a fork.
Bake for 20-25 minutes depending on how roasted and crunchy you want it to be.
I'm so addicted to this musli and you can add it to everything missing a little crunch. I love how it's crispy, tastes like peanut butter and roasted nuts on the same time. In these pictures, I served it in a parfait with vanilla skyr and my homemade apple compote. It can also be served with your milk of choice, another kind of yoghurt, on icecream or just eaten by it self!
