Bounty baked oats

Crispy on the outside and warm, soft and melty on the inside baked bounty oats, which of course is a super healthy and nutritious way to treat your sweettooth! It's sugarfree and ridiculously delicious! If you love the taste of coconut and chocolate, this is definitely the recipe you have to try. This is simply a clean version of the bounty chocolate bar, so what are you waiting for?

Here's the recipe for a single serving:

15 g oats
10 g coconut flour
15 g dark chocolate
1 egg
1 mashed banana
1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 392 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mash the banana with a fork, chop the chocolate and mix with all the other ingredients in a bowl.
Put the dough into a small baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with syrup, honey, skyr, yoghurt, peanut butter or whatever you feel like and enjoy it as a clean dessert! I had it for lunch but you can basically have it any time of the day!
