Here's the recipe:
1 whole boiled cauliflower
1 bundle of spring onions
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp curry (or to taste)
50 g coconut flour
200 ml milk of choice (coconut milk will be a great idea!)
Chop the mango and the spring onion.
Put the cauliflower and the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Mash the cauliflower with a whisk. Add the rest of the ingredients, turn the heat to low and let it simmer for five minutes.
Serve it with any kind of dish as a flavor boost!
