Healthy bounty cookies

These protein packed cookies will make sure you don't miss the unhealthy bounty bars because I just made a super healthy alternative! They are made out of the protein cookie dough, I posted previously on the blog but I added some more goodness to the recipe so they'll be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Literally, I can't stop eating them because they're just too good and I'm definitely going to bake them again!

Here's what you have to add to the recipe for the protein cookie dough:

100 g oats
50 g coconut flour
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1 tbsp raw cocoa nibs (optional)
50 g chopped dark chocolate

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 392 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mash the banana and mix all the ingredients. When it's all combined, spoon small cookies out and press them with the back of the spoon so they are cookie-shaped.
Bake for 30-40 minutes depending on how crispy you want them.

If you want them extra crunchy, you can always add some nuts! Enjoy these little pieces of heaven (they're addicting)!
