Easy protein crêpes

Pancakes for breakfast is not necessarily an unhealthy way to start the day! With this easy recipe for healthy crêpes, you can have a huge stack and nourish your body on the same time!


Here's the recipe:

2 eggs
1 mashed banana
A little bit of coconut oil

For extra flavor, you can add cinnamon, cocoa powder, 1 scoop protein powder or whatever you like!


Whisk the banana and the eggs together and add the optional spice or protein powder as well.
Heat a pan on medium heat and grease with a little coconut oil when it's hot.
Pour one tbsp of the "batter" to the pan and spread it evenly out. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side and serve with honey, fruit, skyr, yoghurt, ice cream, jam or whatever you feel like having!
