Crispy and juicy salmon

Every time I had grilled salmon on restaurants, I wondered how on earth it was possible to make it melt in your mouth like that but I finally broke the code to get a salmon fillet crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! So now I can make a gourmet dinner just like the fancy chefs at the overprized restaurants and I'm about to teach you the art of cooking salmon too!

Salmon with broccoli, sugar snaps, spring onions, edamame beans and tomatoes
You'll need two salmon fillets per person (225 g).

Here's the recipe for the dressing:

1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp mustard (I used "dild dressing" instead)
2 tbsp soy sauce

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and heat over low heat in a grill pan. Pour the dressing in a bowl and start frying the salmon fillets over medium high heat. Pour half a tablespoon of the dressing on the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
Fry them three minutes on each side and they're done!

Serve with the dressing on the side, fried vegetables and enjoy the time your tastebuds have in heaven!
