Peanutbutter granola

 

This peanut butter granola only consists of four ingredients and it's both heavenly crispy and deliciously tasty. The granola adds a fantastic crunch to your usual breakfast bowl with yoghurt or as a crispy topping to your dessert. As always, it's 100% healthy and beneficial for your body!
Earlier when I started my blog, I wrote another recipe for granola and in that post, I've listed some of the reasons why it's best to make your own granola so check it out after reading this!

Here's the recipe:

80-100 g oats
80-100 g chopped almonds
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp Honey (or agave sirup if you're vegan)

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius or 330 degrees Fahrenheit.
Warm coconut oil, peanut butter and honey in a saucepan until it's melted.


Pour the mixture over the oats and almonds and stir until well combined.



Bake for 15-20 min in the middle of the oven and stir every 5 minutes.


Let it cool before putting it in a jar or in a bag.
