Cauliflower pizza

Did you know that you don't have to give pizza up to live healthy? If you use this recipe, you can have as many slices as you want without feeling any guilt at all. This pizza crust is perfectly healthy and filled with proteins, vitamins and fibers. Why not give it a shot?


I made this pizza with my bestfriend and it was so much fun to try it out!
We made the healthy pizza filling out of chopped tomatoes, rucola, baby leaves and prosciutto and it was so light, fresh and filling! Luckily, you can cover your pizzacrust with whatever you like. 

Here's the recipe for the pizzacrust:

1 cauliflower
50 g oats
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp cumin or oregano
Salt and pepper
1-2 eggs


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 392 degrees Fahrenheit on the dehydrating setting.
Bring the cauliflower to a boil, add some salt to the water and leave them boiling for about seven minutes. Blend the cauliflower and the garlic and pour into a tea towel to soak all the reamaining water. 


Mix the cauliflower mash with the oats, the eggs and the spices. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Take it out and cover with tomatoes (cheese or the meat you want to use too). Bake for another 10-15 minutes.


Go crazy with the filling!


Enjoy the healthiest pizza you'll ever have! Don't expect the crust to be as crispy as the unhealthy version though.
