Juicy chicken and healthy fries

Hey everyone! I really hope you guys like my blog so far because I'm certainly excited to share another healthy recipe with you!
I bought some chicken breats two days ago without knowing what to do with them. So I found a recipe, which I've changed a bit and the final result was incredibly delicious! The chicken was so moist and juicy and I had to make again today.
I also made healthy potato fries and a salad with it to create the perfect dinner.

Here's the recipe for the best chicken you will ever taste:

4 chicken breats
1 dl 0r 1/2 cup flour
Salt and peber
Paprika and other spices you like
1/2 tbsp coconut oil or butter

Mix flour and spices in a bowl or on a plate and cover the chicken breats with it.
Heat a pan to medium heat while melting the coconut oil or the butter.
Put the chicken on the pan for 2 minutes and turn them around.
Put a lid on the pan and DO NOT lift it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let them cook for another 10 minutes. It is still not allowed to lift the lid! Just let the magic happen :-D
Now lift the lid, put the chicken on a plate and eat those pieces of heaven.

The recipe for the healthy potato fries comes here:

Potatoes (I used 8)
Spices like salt, peber, paprika, BBQ, garlic powder, rosemary, oregano etc.

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius or 446 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slice the potatoes thin and like fries.
Put them in a griddle covered with a cooking sheet and put all the spices on.
Place in the middle of the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Take them out and turn the potatoes around. Spice them a little more if you like.
Put them back in the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes.
