Blueberry crumble

This is my first post on the blog and I promise you it'll be worth the read!

I made this blueberry crumble for lunch today but it will be just as delicious, easy and healthy if you eat it for breakfast or dessert!

It was crunchy and moist at the same time, which, in my opinion, is just perfect!

Here's the recipe:

125 g blueberries
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup or 1 dl oats
1/2 cup or 1 dl almonds
1/2 cup or 1 dl walnuts
3 dates
1 ripe banana

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 392 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cover the bottom of the pie dish with the blueberries and pour honey and lemon juice on them.
Chop the nuts and the dates and mix it with the oats in a bowl. Add the smashed banana until it crumbles as you wishes it to.
Put the crumble on the blueberries in the pie dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Let it cool and serve with some yoghurt/skyr :-)
