So I decided to make my own healthy banana chips with no added oil or sugar and it turned out to be the best decision ever! The recipe is soooooo easy and all you'll need is patience.
Here's the recipe:
3 ripe bananas
Preheat the oven to 125 degrees Celsius or 257 degrees Fahrenheit and set it to the setting "hot air".
Slice the bananas in very thin slices. Lay them on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Pour a drop of lemon juice and sprinkle a little cinnamon on each of the slices and brush the banana slices with your fingers. Bake in the oven for 1 1/2 hour or 2 hours if you want them extra crispy. After half an hour, take it out of the oven and turn each slice around (this might take a little while) and put back into the oven until done.
Enjoy the crunchy banana chips! Now you can eat all the banana chips you want without feeling guilty! In the picture below, they look burned and not that appealing but blame the cinnamon for that because I promise you they are delicious!
