Banana bread

Time to share another healthy and super yummy recipe with you guys!
I baked my own banana bread today, which I've made with rasberries and blueberries before. This time, I used strawberries and blueberries and it turned out just as delicious as always and I can't stop eating it.

The bread is soft, moist, full of different flavors and you don't even need to put any spread on it!
Here's the recipe:

3 ripe bananas
1 tbsp low-fat greek yoghurt (skyr)
1 egg
125 g blueberries
100 g diced strawberries
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon (or use cacao powder)
100 g oats

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius or 347 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mash the bananas with a fork, add the yoghurt and the egg and mix it together.
Mix all the dry ingredients.
Finally, mix all the ingredients and stir in all the fruit. It doesn't matter what kind of fruit you use, just go with what you like :-)
Put the dough (more liquid kind of consistency) into a bread form and bake for an hour (I know, be patient).

Aaaaaand voílà! You are now looking at the most tasty bread ever!
The bread is perfect for breakfast, snacking through the day, dessert and whenever you like!
